We use dough made of flour and water (and sometimes eggs), and then pierogri are being filled with stuffing (sometimes made of cabbage with meat, sometimes - potatoes, quark and onion, sometimes - groats) and boiled in salted water. (да, это пельменное тесто).

What's inside Yours pierogi? They look a bit similar to dish called "pieróg", formerly well-known in eastern poland.
